How long have you been playing on PowerFPS? Started like 2018-2019?

Tell us about yourself: Hey! My name is Noel, people call me by my nickname noltsu, i am 16 years old and i play football and also i play games like csgo rocket league etc. I started first playing csgo maybe 2015 i like football and gaming. Of course family and friends too

Why should we choose you as an admin?: I think I would be the great choose to the community because. I’m active almost all day, I know how to play HNS by the rules, I’m not toxic, I have experience of being an admin on unitedforce servers for about 500 playtime hours, I know what i’m doing when i do something like i think first instead of just example muting him, Most people know me by the name noltsu on powerfps or other servers.

Weaknesses: Sometimes i cannot control my anger when someone is annoying

Strengths: Active, Sense of humor and experience of being an admin and I do know the responsibilities that admin has

Do you have any previous admin experience? Yes Head-Admin in unitedforce 2018? to 2020 then it got closed in 2020 and 2022 got opened i got my role back. Now it closed again and about like 500+ hours played there

Can you benefit our community somehow? If so, how? I can benefit the admin community by being. Nice, Active (discord and csgo) almost all day so no worries if me needed somewhere, i have experience/knowledge of the admin job and responsibility, and i love to help people who needs it.

You seem like someone who would try their best as staff, but given recent observations of you I’m torn.

Starting with the positives, you are always looking out for rulebreakers to report back to me in game, which is a quality of a potential moderator.
You have reported players to me with evidence, helping rid the servers of rulebreakers even when no staff members are present, another good quality.

However

Of recent, you have called for slays on players for rules that don’t exist, showing that you aren’t fully aware of the rules we have in place. Only when you are able to know the rules inside out is when I feel you’ll be ready, but what’s to say you can’t learn as you go along.

I’m not going to give a verdict however I wish you luck. Keep in mind my feedback and I don’t see why you wouldn’t be a fitting candidate.

Thanks for the feedback! Some of the reports may have been because i don’t play powerfps all day and play other servers which have other rules but i will try my best from remembering PowerFPS rules next time i report something! Thank you again
