How long have you been playing on PowerFPS? I've been playing on PowerFPS servers since the middle 2019 with a few breaks here and there, but I have been playing HNS as a whole since 2018.
Tell us about yourself: My name is Johannes, I'm 17 years old from Norway and I spend my time on friends, school and video games. I study sales and I'm planning on collage to study economics.
Why should we choose you as an admin?: I believe I should get the role as admin because I have played HNS on PowerFPS servers almost exclusively for years and I know the rules and their meaning/intensions very well. I am also very active and known by a lot of the players that are active themselves. I would also say that I can communicate with others (that being other staff of players) very well.
Weaknesses: I have occasionally been toxic to other player if provoked to a certain point (mostly being because other players not playing by the rules and intentionally being toxic). Another weakness I have is that I could be not paying enough attention at certain times.
Strengths: My strengths include: being fair, and therefore even punishing players that I'm friends with if they have done something wrong. Being active, likable and generally nice and positive.
Do you have any registered punishments @ https://bans.powerfps.com: Yes
Elaborate: an absolutely stupid decision leading to me being banned by the DLL detection of the servers. Of course I've also had some minor punishments jokingly made by admins like Avery and fors for example.
Do you have any previous admin experience? I have not yet had the role as admin but I have had roles for other HNS servers with admin like powers and I've been offered an admin role for multiple servers like Efrag and Playpark.
Can you benefit our community somehow? If so, how? I have made YouTube media before so advertising for the server could be an option, but a more interesting asset I can provide. That being my real life education and using it to help PowerFPS onwards. As I have said I study sales and I'm planning on studying economics in collage. I truly do believe that I could help on the business side of PowerFPS as I have been co owner of a irl business and I know how to run one.
Anything else? Id like to add that the reason that I'm looking for the position as admin is that I think the state of the server could be way better, I have played the server for years now and I can tell the difference in how players are actually playing, Today players are way more toxic on average and clearly lack an understanding of the game rules. Some even out right ignore them. Even though the admins on the server are very skilled and fair there have been several times when I play and there being a lack of admins. That is why I feel like I could step in and fill that role keeping the server fun and playable for a longer time.
